Machined in Clearfield, Utah

Forged wheels.

Ten models, five bolt patterns, four finishes, beadlock or standard. Billet centers on flow forged barrels, every one machined and finished in Clearfield. What flow forged means. Pick your machine to filter by bolt pattern. Confirm year, size, offset and clearance before ordering.

On sand

Built for the dunes.

How they're built

What flow forged means.

You'll still see "FF" on a few part numbers. It stands for flow forged, and it describes how every wheel on this page is made: two pieces, a billet center and a flow forged barrel, bolted together with stainless hardware and machined and finished in Clearfield.

The center

Cut from 6061 billet.

Each center is machined from solid 6061 aluminum on our CNC machines. That's where the design comes from: the spokes, the lug seats and the bolt circle that ties it to the barrel. Wishbone, Super Star, Apollo, Element and the rest are all different centers.

The barrel

Spun and pressed to shape.

A flow forged barrel spins on a mandrel while rollers press the aluminum thinner and stretch it out to width. Nothing is poured into a mold, so the metal stays dense and the grain runs with the rim. The result is light and tough, and a hard hit tends to bend it instead of cracking it.

Why two pieces

Fix it, don't replace it.

Bend a barrel on a hidden rock and you replace the barrel, not the wheel. Barrels, centers, beadlock rings and caps are all sold separately and machined here, so they fit the first time.

Most wheels are cast: molten aluminum poured into a mold. Ours aren't. The center is cut from solid billet and the barrel is flow forged, so the wheel comes out lighter and tougher than a cast one.

A 15x7 weighs about 11½ lb and a 15x11 about 13¾ lb, depending on the design. Every model comes beadlock or standard lip.

Parts & caps

Rebuild a rim instead of buying a set.

Straight answers

Beadlock or standard? 15x7 or 15x11?

Beadlock or standard lip?
Beadlock if you run sand pressures — the ring clamps the tire bead mechanically so a 6–8 PSI paddle can't walk off the rim. Standard lip if you run trail pressures and want the cleaner face and the lower price.
15x7 or 15x11?
15x7 goes on the front with a steer tire; 15x11 goes on the rear under a paddle. A set is two of each. Every model lists both in the dropdown.
What's the Midnight Series?
A blacked-out center on a satin black barrel, with gloss or satin black rings on the beadlock versions. Same forging, darker car.
Flow forged vs cast?
A flow forged barrel is spun and formed under pressure so the grain follows the load — strength at a weight a cast wheel can't match. Less rotating mass is faster spin-up, lighter steering and a suspension that reacts instead of catching up.
Which bolt pattern is my car?
RZR Pro R 5x4.5 · Xpedition and other Polaris 4x156 · Can-Am X3 4x136 · Maverick R 6x139.7 · Yamaha YXZ 4x110. Pick your machine at the top to narrow by bolt pattern; confirm your year, trim, offset and clearance before ordering.
