Builders,
not talkers.
You won't find the Packards doing much talking on camera. You'll find them at the mill, at the dyno, and buried to the frame at Sand Hollow on the weekends — which is exactly where you want the people building your power to be.
Jace Packard

The one who kept saying yes. Yes to fixing bikes he wasn't supposed to have. Yes to the YFZ 450 at the sand drags. Yes to turboing a Yamaha Rhino when the rest of the industry shrugged, and yes to Vinco, Heretic and every company along the way that led back to this one. If you've seen a Packard build lift the front wheels, Jace signed off on the tune.
[email protected]Jedd Packard

Raced a Raptor for his father, turboed a Teryx for himself, and bought one of the first RZR 800s in 2008 because he already knew what he was going to do to it. He was working at Chase Bank at the time. He quit to build the first Packard turbo kits, and never went back. The five-axis mills, the fixtures, the billet parts you never see — that's Jedd, and it's why a kit fits the first time.
[email protected]Nick Zoller

The one most customers actually talk to. Nick came over from Heretic with Jace and has run Packard's sales since 2019 — seven years of walking owners through the ladder, matching wheels to bolt patterns and knowing what's on the trailer before you ask. Text the shop and there's a good chance it's Nick answering, with the right question already loaded.
[email protected]If you text 385-303-6000 you'll get one of us — usually Nick, sometimes Jace or Jedd from the shop with grease on the phone. That's the job.
801-309-4501 is not a Packard number.
That number has been floating around online and passed off as ours. It isn't. We can't see or answer anything sent to it, and we're sorry for the inconvenience if you've been trying to reach us there.

We're better at building than emailing.
Every supercharger kit is hand-built in Clearfield when you order it — machined, assembled and checked by the same few people. That's why it's right. It's also why we're not the fastest shop in the world at answering messages during dune season.
So here's the deal, stated plainly: your kit page shows current lead times before you buy. Once it ships, superchargers can't come back — they're built for your order. And if something's wrong, call us. A phone call gets a Packard; an email gets a Packard eventually.
Faster. Better. First.
