The build

The machine it should have been from the factory.

The Xpedition leaves Polaris with about 85 wheel horsepower. Two Rotrex supercharger kits — both built around the same bracket system, injectors, MAP sensor and clutch helix — take it to 130 or 150, on pump gas, without changing how it drives. Then the adventure hardware that makes it a machine you can actually live out of.

MT or intercooled?
MT if you ride trail and mountain and want a bolt-on bump that never surprises you — 5 PSI, 130 WHP, no intercooler to package. Intercooled if you ride sand or run E50: 8 PSI on 91 gets you 150 WHP, and the intercooler is what lets the map run 12 PSI on E50 without heat soak.
Builder, base or complete?
Builder is hardware only, no tune. Base adds the tune and ECU unlock but no flashing device or credits. Complete is everything including the flashing device — if you don't already own one, that's the kit.
Does it change how it drives?
The Rotrex builds boost progressively, so throttle response stays linear and the machine still idles, crawls and tows like an Xpedition. The kit includes a secondary clutch helix and spring so the driveline keeps up with the power.
