4x156
Every center, look and ring Packard makes in 4x156. That is the pattern on the Polaris RZR Pro XP, Polaris RZR XP 1000 / XP Turbo, Polaris RZR Turbo S, Polaris RZR Trail / Trail S, Polaris General / General XP, Polaris Ranger XP 1000, Yamaha YXZ 1000R, Yamaha Wolverine RMAX and more. Pick beadlock or standard, then the style, then the look.

Studio renderings help you visualize a build. Real photos are the most accurate, and a configured wheel may not look exactly as shown.
Bend a barrel, swap a ring, change the look. Every part sells on its own.
Built from Jace’s CAD. Photographed in the shop.
Every option in the builder comes from the CAD files Jace drew to design and machine these wheels — the same geometry the centers, barrels and rings are cut from. Pick a combination and you are looking at a render of the actual part, so you know what you will get before it is built. Below, the real thing: shop photos of the wheels we make in 4x156, each one named.
Questions we get about 4x156 wheels
Will 4x156 fit my machine?
Polaris RZR Pro XP · Polaris RZR XP 1000 / XP Turbo · Polaris RZR Turbo S · Polaris RZR Trail / Trail S · Polaris General / General XP · Polaris Ranger XP 1000 · Yamaha YXZ 1000R · Yamaha Wolverine RMAX · Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 · Arctic Cat Wildcat XX run 4x156. Measure across the diagonal: neighbouring studs on a 4x156 hub are about 110 mm apart. Confirm your year, trim, offset and clearance before ordering — or call the shop and we will check it for you.
What does flow forged mean?
Every Packard wheel is two pieces: a center cut from solid 6061 billet on our CNC machines, and a flow forged barrel. The barrel spins on a mandrel while rollers press the aluminum thinner and stretch it out to width — nothing is poured into a mold, so the metal stays dense and the grain runs with the rim.
The result is light and tough, and a hard hit tends to bend a barrel instead of cracking it.
Beadlock or standard lip — which do I need?
Beadlock clamps the tire bead between the barrel and a bolted outer ring, so you can air down for sand without the tire spinning on the rim. Standard lip is the flow forged barrel on its own — lighter, cleaner, nothing to torque.
Running dunes at low pressure, go beadlock. Trail and dirt at normal pressure, standard lip does the job.
Can I change the beadlock ring later?
Yes. Every Packard beadlock wheel uses the same outer ring — any version (V.1 scalloped, V.2 deep dish, V.3 flat face) in any finish bolts onto any Packard beadlock barrel. Rings sell on their own, so changing the look is a ring swap, not a new set. Ring bolts come black on every style; all-polished builds come with chrome bolts.
Why 15x7 in front and 15x11 in back?
That is the sand setup: the narrower 15x7 up front, the wide 15x11 on the rear. A set is two of each, and the builder prices the set for you. Either width also sells on its own.
I bent a barrel. Do I need a whole new wheel?
No — replace the barrel, keep the center. Barrels, centers, rings and caps are all sold separately and machined here, so they fit the first time. Match the barrel to your center's bolt count (16, 20 or 24); the spec sheet above shows the count for the wheel you built.
Is the picture exactly what I will get?
The studio renders come from the CAD files Jace drew to design and machine these wheels, with finishes matched to real wheels in the shop. They are there to help you see the build; real photos are the most accurate, and a configured wheel may not look exactly as shown. Screens shift color a little, too.
