Polaris RZR Pro R
Polaris built it with 225 horsepower. We build it with 380 on pump gas and 500 on E50 — same stock engine, same key, boost mapped to your fuel and your elevation.
225 → 500
One supercharger system and four rungs on it — plus a tune file for the Pro R that isn't ready for boost. The 380 is the kit the 425, 460 and 500 are built on: Rotrex centrifugal head unit, billet drive, custom mounts, high-flow intercooler. What changes going up is fuel, boost and breathing.

Every bolt, accounted for.
The 380 comes four ways. The 425, 460 and 500 come one way: complete, with the billet compressor wheel.
Stays putThe tune is written for the fuel.
Every kit ships with one custom tune. 91, 110 and E50 are different engines as far as the ECU is concerned — so each gets its own file.
Elevation takes boost away.
Boost by pulley size as published by Packard Performance, at sea level and at 4,000 ft. On the 425, 460 and 500 the billet compressor wheel is sized to your elevation — tell us where you ride.
