225 → 500 HP.
Your Pro R left the factory making 225 horsepower. Ours leave Clearfield making 380, 425, 460 or 500 — measured on the dyno, matched to your fuel and your elevation. The hill, the straight and the pass stop being questions.
You stop planning around the hill.
At 380 crank horsepower on 91 octane, the climb you used to line up for is just the way home. Stock engine, stock drivability, fill up anywhere. The first time you tip in, you'll laugh.
Nobody passes you on the straight.
500 on E50 is more than double what Polaris built. That isn't a number printed on a box. It's what the dyno in Clearfield says when the run is over — and it comes with your car's own curve.
And it's still your car.
Same engine. Same clutches, set up to hold it. Same key. You didn't buy a different machine — you finished the one you have. That's why people who run one never go back to stock, and never run anything else.
The Diesel Brothers are Polaris ambassadors. Their first Slingshot build is all about power — and the power comes from the same supercharger platform we bolt to a Pro R in Clearfield. Nobody else builds this. That's the point.
See the build on Polaris Slingshot's page →Four rungs.
Pick where you start.
Every rung is the same in-house supercharger. What changes is fuel, boost and breathing — so you can start at 380 today and climb later with pulleys, fuel and a tune. Nothing gets thrown away.
Compare all four side by side
| Kit | Crank HP | Boost | Fuel | Breathing | Best for | Price | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
380 Turnkey |
380 (+155) | 8 psi | 91 pump | Stock intake & exhaust | The huge everyday jump — 100% stock engine, OEM drivability, fill up anywhere | $7,249 | |
425 Turnkey |
≈425 (+200) | 8 psi | 91 pump | + slip-on exhaust + dune intake (included) | Pump-gas power ceiling — clutch targets 8,200–8,400 rpm at max boost. Dune intake: not for dusty trails | $9,399 | |
460 Turnkey |
460+ (+235) | 12 psi | 110 race | + full exhaust system (included) | Race-gas weekends — more knock resistance, more boost, still a stock engine | $9,949 | |
500 E50 |
500+ (+275) | 14 psi | E50 | + full exhaust + upgraded fuel system (included) | The flagship — more than double factory output | $9,999 |
Every bolt-on part, no calibration. For shops and owners with their own tuner and a dyno day booked.
The hardware plus a Packard calibration for your fuel and elevation, loaded on your unlocked ECU. Most people land here.
Everything in Base plus the HP Tuners RTD device to flash it yourself — and reflash when you climb a rung.
Every tier is the same Rotrex centrifugal platform — head unit capable of 550+ hp and 22+ psi with supporting mods. All kits: factory baseline 225 hp · off-road and competition use only.

The calibration is the product.
A supercharger moves air. The tune decides what the engine does with it — for your fuel, your elevation and your clutching. Every Packard calibration is built on the Clearfield dyno and delivered for what you actually run: 91, E50, or both.
91 and E50 are different engines as far as the ECU is concerned. You get a map for each, not a compromise between them.
Sea level at Glamis and 5,000 feet at Sand Hollow don't want the same fueling. Tell us where you ride.
Flashed through the HP Tuners RTD device. Climb a rung later and the new file loads the same way.
